Thank You . . .

To every student, parent, teacher, friend, and family member who came together to make this event happen, thank you so very much.  We are humbled by the amazing show of support and dedication you have shown to this school and to your teachers.

This six hour music marathon was the largest student/teacher event we have ever tried, constituting two back to back coffee houses followed by an Instructor concert!

You performed in front of hundreds of people, a tremendous feat, and we hope so very much that you are all proud of what you accomplished as you worked together to put on a great show!

Now, performing is important, but more than that, you all took hours of your time and effort to help us physically put the show together.  Thank you to all of you who waited in the heat and gave way to one another's needs for the show to go on.  While you were waiting you made so much more happen!

Thank you Maureen, Mary Ann, Pat, Monica, Andrea, Josi, Chelsea, Maddy, Tony, Christian, Patrick, Fletcher, Aaron, Sarah, David, Andy, Tom, Elizabeth,  Katie, Dong, Elizabeth, Brenden, and Brian, Gary, Mr. and Mrs. Callaghan, Kenny, Hillyn, Hank, Amy, Mike, Jesse, Al, Geoff, Kev, Pop, Yiayia, Pop, Aunti, Uncle B,  and Charlotte!  Thank you to all of the extended friends and family who helped us get through the day successfully.

You hauled tables and chairs, helped children paint murals for peace, put up and took down tents, sold raffle ticket, made announcements, reminded us to make announcements, administered band aids, took pictures, shot video, baby sat each other's children, ran sound, got each other food and drinks, MC'd, tuned instruments, ran soundchecks, set up and broke down  a massive amount of gear, generally make it possible for us to maintain sanity, oh yeah, and you played music!

You are all a constant source of inspiration to us.  We hope that you will continue to honor us with your support and trust.  We will continue to work to make String Theory an even better place to work and learn each and every semester.

See you all at the next coffee house!

Sincerely,
Chris and Amy Leigh
