Room Rental Rates

Classroom rental spaces include staff on site, access to public rest rooms and reception area, no kitchen, PA, back line or additional setup needed. No clean up needed. 2 hour minimum  $50 / Each additional hour $25

Band rehearsal space includes staff on site, access to PA, public rest rooms, no kitchen, chairs, or clean up needed. No alcohol. 2 hour minimum $50 / Each additional hour $25

Performance Space Rental (1100 square feet) includes 1 staff on site, use of the kitchen, public restrooms, reception space, chair setup, and PA. 

2 hour minimum $250

Clean up fee applies for parties greater than ten. $50

Each additional hour $100/Each additional half hour $50

 

Performance Space basic - Includes 1 staff on site, public bathrooms, chair setup.

2 hour minimum $200

Clean up fee applies for parties greater than ten. $50

Each additional hour is $40/Each additional half hour $20

Rock Star  Birthday Parties at String Theory - Add on to our performance space package. Bring in your party food and decorations. Rock out in our kids' band room with guitars, bass, drums, & microphone! Enjoy a dance party under our disco ball and laser lights. Includes 1 additional staff to work with your rock stars. 2 hours $150

Add 1.5 hours of cool balloon creations and stilt walking with Mr. Steve! $150

Add 2 hours of amazing face painting with Ms. Adriana! $150

All rentals require a 50% deposit with balance due prior to the start of your event.
